Sub-processors
EntropyX relies on a small set of vetted third parties to deliver the Service. Each one is bound by a data-processing agreement that restricts use of customer content to the purpose listed below.

Vendor disclosure
Specific vendor names for storage and AI inference are disclosed to qualified buyers under NDA as part of our Data Processing Agreement. This is to reduce the attack surface associated with publicly documenting our cloud topology. Email [email protected] to request our DPA and vendor list.
Notification of changes
We will email workspace owners at least thirty (30) days before adding a new sub-processor that handles customer content. If you object to a new sub-processor, you may terminate your subscription before the change takes effect; the relevant terms in your customer agreement govern any refunds.
